Help- Stuck and can't get Prudence's number???

Help! I've been playing SSH, and I've gotten very far, but I can't call Prudence! I read on Wikipedia that there is a glitch in the game where if you call Mr. Rose after the robbery, you can only talk to him about Joanna, and not ask for Prudence's number. In the words of Wikipedia, "the game cannot progress." I can't remember if I did, but I have a feeling that's what happened, since I've gone as far as I can without talking to Prudence. Help! I've tried calling her, but I always get her answering machine. I've tried calling Mr. Rose, but he's always 'not available right now.'

Were you already given Prudence's number? If not, here's what you need to do:

Look through the magazine in Joanna's office a second time. Then look at the plaques hanging outside her office. At one of them Nancy should comment. Then go call Franklin.

Thank you so much, that worked. I guess wikipedia was wrong, since I asked Mr. Rose and this time he gave me the number. Yay!
