3D Printer Puzzle Help

I've been having a horrible time with this. I've spent hours trying to do it, and I just used a spoiler to double-check I have it right, but when I click "print design" it says "Warning: Print Queue Full".
I'm so confused, has this happened to anyone else? If I had this right before when I clicked print, Nancy never said anything and I can't find anything in the printer in the photolab. Help?!?

The printer is not in the photo lab, it's actually..

in the main lab, to your right as you enter the lab

The printer for that actually isn't in the lab. When facing the stairs (in the lab) look to the left. There's a desk and machine there. That's where you print/create that gadget. So you'll click on the control panel there to actually start the printing process.
