the grease is what you get when you order pinky and perky from the cook its the cheese you take. the coat of arms was on that door to that tunnel.

you need to order something from the Boar's Head restaurant using the phone in your bedroom and be sure to order "Uncle Fred and Johnny Rutter" with it
