To answer your questions, bro/sis team:

I love the plot because it involves a few topics that I find interesting and, as the game goes on, you learn more and more about what's really going on at Moon Lake and how all of the people are involved in some way. It's just so full of secrets and mystery.

And why is it my one of my favorites? Hmm, well I should admit that the game has some sentimental value so there is a little bit of that going on. But beyond that, I think its a very well rounded game. Good puzzles, decent characters, an interesting plot, a healthy amount of snooping, and pretty much everything else I look for in a Nancy Drew game.

Good review, I though DOG was tons of fun too!! I HATED going around in the forest though, found it boring and unnecessary. This game was great, I just felt like we had to run around in the forest more than we got to do anything else. BUT i love this game, a great ND classic!

And don't worry, it's not too scary. I know that when I first played it several years ago, most of the scary stuff was just in my head. What I mean is, I kept thinking that at any moment this or that could happen even though it never really did. LOL I don't know if that makes any sense, I can't think of how to word it properly
