Snake plate?

Really curious. We are at the point of the camera pics and finding things. My hints indicate that I should have the snake plate and sketch. Except, my inventory only has the sketch. No plate. I have discovered the ruins and fountain puzzle. Still no plate. Is it a glitch?

1) We already know which game you are playing.
2) The title should tell us where you are in the game.

You should already have the plate because it is found

after you solve the fountain puzzle.

Is it possible you are confusing the plate and the sketch? Did you find a snake drawn somewhere near the swing?

After much searching I found the plate. We were so confused. Now we're back on track and moving forward. Thank you.

In the pross of trying to find password it says (W/L) and numbers like 5,9 what does these things mean
