Stuck in the middle(ish)

Hi, I've been stuck in the middle for a little while now
My checklist says to Explore the garden, find all of Bruno's eyes, "Since Bruno saw fit to write a book, maybe it would be a good idea to take another look around his library, since that's where he kept the books he saw fit to read", and figure out to do with that key the master buzzard gave me.
Nobody is saying anything anymore, and the clues Ned will give are about the graveyard scavenger hunt, which I already completed.

Search the library for a book.
Take a closer look at the pedestals the buzzards are on.
Did you play a tune for the spider?

After that, place all the eyes in the box and post which slots are empty.
That would help to guide you where to look for the missing ones.

I went and did checked out the buzzards again, and found the book and code to it,
I have 24 eyes and I'm missing the first eye in the fourth row or the sixteenth eye.
