[Press the eye button on top of the clock after each number. Enter 12, 3, 5, 8, 2, 11. Enter 12, 7, 10, 3, 2, 1. Enter 12, 8, 10, 4, 9, 11. You should get an eye after each set of numbers. ]

I did that but it is not doing nothing and I am totally stuck as to what or where to go. A spoiler would help.

I am stuck after the Jolly Rodgers meeting and my call with Bess was dropped when big boom of thunder. Not sure what to do next.

I have been on the grandfather clock since beginning and not sure what to do with it. I am also on the jack in the box but when I go to replay the tune nothing comes up. I am stuck on what to do next.

You need to set the grandfather clock three times (according to the numbers in the riddle) to get three eyes. I can't remember if the Jack in the Box gives you an eye or if the tune is a clue. Sorry.
