getting iggy out/secret room

so I believe im at the point where I need to get into Bruno's secret room. I see the spider web on the lock but not sure what to do with it. I know iggy is inside but not sure how to get to him. can someone please help?

The spider web lock is a clue to getting a key to open the door.
