Forgot to put hot sauce on gumbo!!

I'm pretty sure you can just get him another bowl. I haven't played CRY very many times, but I remember testing this out to see what would happen. I think you might have to give him the one you got, then go back for another. I'm not 100% sure if those are the steps I took, but I know that I didn't have to restart the game or anything like that.

I'm currently playing as Bess, and I was getting the gumbo for the man at the store and I completely forgot to put the hot sauce, what do I do?
