Help with digital download??!

Hey all!
SO I purchased the Mac Digital Download (my mac runs on MacOS Sierra). Everything went fine with the Download but when I open the game its a black screen and I hear the background music playing for about 20sec and then it stops and it stays on the black screen :( I'm waiting to hear back from Customer Support via Email but did anyone else run into this problem?

I am in the same boat too! Haven’t heard back yet, but I’m happy I’m not the only one experiencing this.

SAME EXACT ISSUE! I emailed customer support as well and am waiting to hear back. Glad it's not just me.

I have the same issue. I emailed tech support and they just said to double check the requirements and try to adjust the game settings. I can't adjust anything if I can't see anything! I'm going to try it on my sister's mac to see if it works. If not, I guess I will try to get a refund and buy the PC version.
