Decipher Code

Please help! I can not for the life of me figure out how to decipher the code. All I have is the code sheet from the museum. Hints and spoilers welcome.

Just align the rings according to the symbols in the boxes, then click the "Select Letters" option and click on the letter that corresponds to the symbol in the code sheet. For example:

One of the lines should be (I think the first)

My issue is getting the actual tool to get to the deciphering part. All I've got so far is the code sheet itself

Oooh, you have to get

the graves map

from Olivia's shop as well. That tells you where the tool

is buried

Any hints o where to find that map? I've been searching her shop for half an hour haha
