Can't find Henrik, need to call Prudence, help with narrations

I can't seem to figure anything out in this game. I try checking other spoilers and they just don't make sense to me. I am extremely stuck. I can't find Henrik and need him for the third quiz, I just spoke to Franklin about the theft and need to call Prudence but I can't get anything but an error message and I am using my hotel phone. I tried the narration thing in the storage room but nothing happens and I don't know what else I'm supposed to do with that stupid narration stuff, nothing I do seems to work. Can somebody help me ASAP....

Yes I'd love a spoiler please.I have been in the garden and nothing happens. I just completed the part of the mayan numbers and got the key out of Joanna's office. I also found the old bulb from the radio but I am still stuck. I did manage to talk to Prudence but I still don't know what to do.

You only need to change these:

a=5 b=8 c=14 g=9 j=13

Also, I noticed you have spoken to Franklin but did you talk to him about

Prudence

? That may be why the number isn't working. If that isn't the case, make sure you dialed 1-800 in front of the number.
