The last thing I did was see the level 3 question and it said Henrik would know the answer

And you did the two puzzles on level 3? I'm using the Strategy Guide to help my memory and it only gives the answer, not how to get it. I could give you a spoiler if you want...it MIGHT work if somehow Nancy got the answer and you just missed it. But as far as getting Henrik to say something...I can't remember. Sorry.

Yes I did both of the puzzles, I always do the quiz last I personally know the answer, but it won't let me enter it because Henrik didn't tell me yet

I would talk to each character in the game (including phone contacts). Then I would try to complete anything on your "to-do" list in your laptop. Then talk to Henrick and hopefully he will give you the answer.
