At this point I have the key card that Rentaro left behind and now I need to know what to do with it. Am I missing something? Also, how do I find the key to the activity room? I still haven't found the lasts key card for the puzzle behind the desk. Help?

You need to focus on getting into the Cultural (activity) room. I'm doing this from memory, so forgive me if I get things a little out of order, but have you:
Done the EVP?
Searched for what you hear about in the recording?
Done anything with stones?
Talked to Rentaro about the noise in the garden?

You definitely need to do the EVP before you can do anything else. Do you have the complete book by Savannah?
