An Honest Review

I've never played this one and after seeing arglefumph's walkthrough on it when I was eleven, I'm glad I never did.

The premise is good, but the game is mostly just fishing, diving, and making necklaces. There are very few puzzles and you don't really do much. It doesn't seem like much of a mystery.

The ending was rushed and terrible. There were so many plot holes and the motive was pathetic.

Overall, I don't recommend ever playing this one. If you've never played it, you should feel lucky. It's not one of the better ones in the series and there's no reason to regret having never played it.

I agree that the ending did seem a little rushed, but I thought that there was a decent number of puzzles in this one! Fishing, necklace making and such is a part of it, but honestly you don't have to do a ton of that if you choose not to.

I guess I've always been of the mindset that I want to play all of the games, even if I heard bad things about it. I like forming my own opinion on each game. So I still think it's worth playing at some point, even if it's just for the sake of being able to say you've played all of them.
