Building for Oscillator

I believe I have found the model building I need for the oscillator, but it won't let me pick it up. Am I correct in saying the building is in

Niko's study to the right on the table

Any tips in what to do or where the right object is? I've listened to audio files, done the magnets puzzle, found the yellow note.

If you mean to the right when you first walk in, you have the right model. After you did the magnets puzzle, did you look up the patent number?
