Stuck - Key Card; Investigating Ryan

Hi All! I'm playing on Junior Detective and only have three items on my to-do list and none of them have hints:

1. Investigate Ryan's threats against Niko
2. Use the key card to get past a locked door
3. Investigate Ryan

I've called/spoken to everyone. I have two cat parts; listened to the audio tapes; and have the watched the two videos in the security booth. I have the rainbow sheet and a bag of connector parts. Hints/spoilers welcome!

1) The threats are where Niko said he left them so look for them there.
2) The card should work on the lab doors.
3) Call Deidre for help on this.
