I'm replaying this game and forgot where to go for the number of the county administration.
I know now that it's

on something in nick's area

but it's day two and on the first day or beginning of the second i looked at everything over there and didn't notice it. Now

nick is back so i can't look in his stuff

but when i got to the phone numbers in the booth the county administration number hasn't shown up anywhere. Is there anything i've done wrong? Am i misinformed about where to get the number?
