    Glitch?

    I tried calling the police (I just started the game), but every time I get halfway through dialing the number, the phone starts calling them, even though I haven't finished punching in the numbers. Is this a glitch or do I have to do something first? And when I call them, it says something about wrong number or cannot make connection...
