Phone Error!

Yes I put the one in front and entered the complete number correctly, but it still wouldn't go through.

Edit: Okay I just tried it again and this time the call went through. I don't know why it wouldn't go through earlier but I swear I was entering the number correctly. Oh well, thank you for responding. Reps given.

Are you including the 1 before the area code? Local number should work if you just dial the ten digits but for long distance you need the 1 and then the area code.

I do believe I have broken the phone. I was just told to make a phone call and every time I enter the number I get "We're sorry, your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and try again. This is a recording." I am 100% certain that I am entering the correct number.

I did get stuck earlier and try to call a few numbers from Fatone's brochure. I also have a habit of trying to dial the complete number and getting cut off. (Why include all ten numbers if you are only allowed to dial seven of them? I never understood that.) I have noticed that in any ND game where you must dial phone numbers yourself, dialing too many wrong numbers results in the phone automatically counting all numbers as incorrect. Usually this only lasts a few minutes and can be fixed by doing other tasks or closing out the game. However, it has been more than 12 hours and I am still unable to make phone calls.

Has anyone else come across this problem? Is there a way to fix it, or do I need to restart the game? Please help!
