    ND_#1's Review for HAU; !

So I just finished HAU, and here is my detailed verdict on the game.

Setting: I thought Ireland was a great place to set this newest Nancy Drew Adventure Game. It gave it a real cultural look on these HER games, and plus the music and scenery added to the spookiness to it, espeically since it was night-time the whole game.

Characters: There were not many characters, and they didn't say much during the game but they were enough to keep it interesting. The stories behind the characters were alright, but it could've done with a bit more involvement, like asking them questions and finding more clues about them.

Length: This game, to me, seemed very short and even though it took me a couple of days to finsih it, if I had spent an entire day, full out, I would've finsihed it in a mere 5 hours tops. It was alot of running around back and forth, but little twists kept it interesting untill the very end.

Puzzles: The puzzles for me, on Junior Detective, were quite hard I must say. I had to use the message boards once or twice to help me out, but if you really had patience with them, you could solve them easily.

Storyline: I thought the storyline was creative because a wedding has never been a storyline in any of the games and having mystical creatures like banshee's and old Irish folklore in the game, made it more than enjoyable to play because you were waiting what would scare you next!

All in all, I think this wasn't the hardest of games and also wasn't the longest. I don't think it was one of those games I would play over and over, but it was fun and I kept wanting to come home from whatever I was doing, to keep playing!
I hope this review helped people who haven't bought it or haven't played it yet, decide
