Bank lamp -- Do you mean you can't find the lamp or what to do with it? Find the bank (across from the jail, if I remember correctly, and look on the right side of the building.
Ring Display -- From Strategy Guide:

Organize the rings by type according to the color of the compartments in the dis- play case, then use the finger size icon (You'll see it whenever you pick up a ring) to finish the job.

Flower box -- You need to know all of Frances' favorite books first.
