Gold mining and individual challenge

Hey everyone, where am I supposed to go for the gold mining challenge? Also, can I get hints as to what I'm supposed to do for the individual turtle challenge? I have the comic, I'm just not sure what to do with it. I'm playing on senior detective. Thanks!

There is a station set up at the main field for the gold mining challenge and then you have to go to

the mines at Cromwell

For the turtle try looking in the comics for

words to spell on the turtles back

To reach the gold mining area, you need to do the kayak race first. You have to have the best time, and then you'll be given a password for Cromwell. It's

otagomines

, but you have to receive it via text before you can use it.

After you've gotten it ,but before you go, you should stop by the stage four area of the activities area. You should pick up an axe and a book there. You can't mine without them. Hope this helps!

You have to complete the kayak race first to get there. For the turtle challenge, have you looked at the turtle in the hatch?
