Isis through the tunnels underneath Trapper Dan's hut. Can I get a spoiler as how to get her through the maze? Also, I have the Moose coin and the Raccoon coin. How do I get the others? I have to go back to the hut and check on Isis, decipher Trapper Dan's code, and then figure out the whole rope and vault thingy.

It would depend on where you want Isis to go. Are you trying to get her to the rope? If so, the commands are

forward, right, left, right and jump

This will help you get the pig coin. For the wolf, you need to find the geiger counter.

red thingy with the phone number on it or whatever? If so, how do I use it? And where?

No, it isn't, but the counter should be on the floor near where you found that.

Regarding the other item (the one with the phone number), you should call the number that is on it at some point as well.

I know Bill explained how to play it in the beginning of the game, but I don't remember how to play it! O-o
Any tips?

Basically what you have to do is

get the pig coin trapped in each of the three corners; pig, moose, raccoon. So you have to play three times.
