Hello,

So i’ve played this game before and I know I have to

scrape the painting off in the tower

but Nancy is not saying her line when I look at the translated words.

I have all the medallions and finished:

1) read the book in the library with Marie’s portrait 2) retrieved the journal and got it translated 3) read the translated note and viewed the video on the professor’s video camera 4) read the decoded note to the left of the typewriter 5) looked at the peephole

I still can’t go near the portrait in the tower :(

I watched it once only. I tried watching it again but it just keeps playing the first one

There is a battery charger on Hotchkiss's dresser. Put the battery from the camera on the battery charger and wait a day. You should be able to watch the second half of the video

I notice that you said you looked through the peephole, but just to confirm, does that mean you

looked in it through each medallion?

I did that too but it would only play the first half :(
