Stuck about the boiler

Hey guys! :)

Okay, so I only have two things left on my task list -

"Are the twins lying...? Find out the truth!" and "Figure out where and when to put the Blackwood Society chant to use."

I found the blueprints that explain there is a secret room behind the boiler, and so I am assuming that is what I need to do now - but I don't know exactly what to do with it! No one is talking to me, and I am stuck.
Help would be greatly appreciated - reps! :)

Yes, I have. Then I talked to Rachel and she just said, "Not now, okay?"

I'll check to make sure they're all okay quality.
