Begging... Reportable?

Alright I was just wondering, I found this petition where the user every other post begs for more signers! It even appears to be a little obnoxious like "it's about time! Now I hope to get 10 votes beofore this date so plzzz sign!" then after that posts again!

I think this counts as spamming, is it reportable?

As always in a question about what to report, the correct place to start is the What to Report Sticky. On there is clearly states that spam is not reportable. On the other hand, if it seems like they are getting rude about it, it is reportable.

Thank you for your advice catsandbooks! I had forgotten there was a thread where you could ask about subjects to report or not report! I will definitly post there next time I am in doubt.

Actually, that thread is closed. But yes, please read it the next time you are not sure about reporting something. Then if you still are not sure, start a thread.
