Legend of the Crystal Skull Installation Problem

I am using Windows XP. I am having trouble installing Nancy Drew: Legend of the Crystal Skull onto my computer. Disc 1 appeared to install just fine, but when I attempted to install Disc 2, I got a message saying: "Please insert disk 2 that contains the file data3.cab." But when I examined the Data Files for Disk 2, this particular file does not appear.

Someone please help me. This is really frustrating.

I'm not sure it's exactly the error you had, but it might be worth a look.

Try deleting every file referring to the game, and then you could re-install it again. A mess up or interruption during the installation is usually never a good thing. (If there was one) Hope this helps! :)
