Game keeps crashing {TMB}

Hi everyone! I am playing tomb of the lost queen for the first time. I am still at the beginning of the game a little after I opened the tomb when unexpected people came in. Ever since then, my game keeps crashing and freezes. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem?

You did not mention what your operating system is, I am assuming it's Win10. Since you are at the beginning of the game, the usual recommendation is to do a clean uninstall and reinstall.
